Ok, some good news for a change. I saw the receipt from Big-O, and it looks like they replaced something. A tire maybe? Well, the receipt said something about "front end alignment recommended". Why would they recommend that, if they're working on the back tires.
Well, I got my answer. They replaced 2 tires, and rotated them to the front. So, for about $20 in labor cost, I got 2 new tires. Not bad. Well, that's what I paid for when I bought the tires with the warranty, right? Finally, a company not trying to squirm out of the warranty! Thanks Big-O!
